TeachTally is a classroom assessment service for teachers and their students.
Information we use
Teacher accounts use an email address and authentication information supplied through our sign-in provider. Classroom records may include student names, grades, attendance, notes, homework and seating information entered by the teacher.
How information is used
We use this information only to provide each teacher with a private workspace, synchronize saved classroom records and display the appropriate class information to authorized students.
Sharing and access
Teacher workspaces are separated by account. Students can access only the class view protected by the class PIN supplied by their teacher. We do not sell personal information.
Data storage and security
Authentication and synchronized records are handled by our hosting and database providers. Versioned backups are created automatically when synchronized classroom records change. Reasonable safeguards are used to restrict access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Feedback and operational monitoring
When a teacher submits feedback, we store the message, its category, the current page and application version. We also record limited operational events such as failed synchronization or browser errors. These events do not include student grades, attendance, notes or classroom records.
Platform administration
The private platform-owner dashboard shows account email addresses, activity dates, aggregate class and student counts, backup status, feedback and operational errors. It does not display student names or grades.
Your choices
Teachers can edit classroom records and download a complete account backup from their workspace. Account, deletion or privacy requests may be sent to bouzarabdelouahd@gmail.com.

This policy may be updated as the service develops. The date above will show the latest revision.
