Terms of Service

These terms govern use of TeachTally during its free early-access period.

Teacher responsibility

Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the classroom information they enter, for protecting their account credentials, and for sharing class PINs only with the intended students.

Appropriate use

Do not use the service to harm others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, upload unlawful material, or expose classroom information outside its intended educational purpose.

Free early access

Teachers may create classes free of charge during early access. Features and future plans may change, but any paid offering will be presented clearly before a charge is made.

Availability and backups

We work to keep the service available and protect synchronized records. Teachers should periodically download their account backup. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or unexpected failures.

Account restriction

Accounts may be suspended when there is evidence of abuse, a security risk, or a serious violation of these terms. The platform-owner dashboard does not display private student grades.

Use of classroom and account information is described in the Privacy Policy.
